About Eric Bass

Eric has had a passion for dance and fitness for a number of years.  Training at Dancesport, which is one of the largest dance studios in New York he had the opportunity to study under Nelson Flores and a number of other world champion instructors.  

Serving in the United States Army Reserves for 8 years I have a true passion for fitness.  As a personal trainerI really enjoy working with clients and helping them achieve their goals.  Focused on functional movement based training that clients can use throughout their daily lives.  I really enjoy working with youth, adults and seniors.

Answers To Your Questions!!!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY DANCE CLASS?

Comfortable fitting clothing and shoes are recommended.  Jeans are fine as long as you are comfortable.  Ladies, heels are not required and flats are fine.  Sneakers, boots or flip flops are not recommended as they can prevent you from turning.  Please bring a positive attitude and a smile as you enjoy our dance classes.

Do i have to bring a partner with me?

No, our dance classes do not require anyone to bring a partner.  You can come with a friend, spouse or alone.  During the class we rotate partners giving you the opportunity to meet and dance with everyone, even your instructor.

are classes co-ed?

Yes, classes are co-ed as we have female and male members.  However, there are some classes that are gender specific (i.e., Ladies Styling or Mens Spinning Class).

What do i need to bring for boot camps?

We recommend bringing a towel, water bottle, comfortable workout attire and athletic shoes.  If you want you can bring your own mat, but please remember the camps are outside.  We have all the equipment, mats and extra H2O.

Are Boot Camp classes rain or shine?  

Yes, in the case of extreme weather we will move under cover or reschedule.
